What we use
The dashboard sets a session cookie so that you stay signed in. It is strictly necessary for the Service to work and does not require consent. It is deleted when you sign out or after a period of inactivity.
The customer enquiry pages, unsubscribe pages and our emails set no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies at all. When you pay, Stripe's checkout and portal pages set their own cookies under Stripe's policy.
Analytics, only with your consent
On our website and dashboard we ask, once, whether you accept Google Analytics. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC) sets its _ga cookies for up to 2 years to count visits and see which pages are used, with IP anonymisation on. If you reject, or until you answer, nothing from Google is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. Your choice is remembered in your browser and you can change it any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Local storage
The dashboard may remember small preferences in your browser, such as a selected tab. These never leave your device.
